Compensations of being in Idaho?

Looks like I’m going to be in Idaho for the foreseeable future. Fortunately, there are many of these fellows up here, at least in the summer. I sit and look out my sliding glass door watching them chase one another off the feeders. Now that it’s October, they’re all gone, of course, but I’m already looking forward to next April when, hopefully, they’ll be back in force.
